The Orange lantern AFG Series Professional Windscreen is a highly effective solution for reducing wind noise, with minimum high-frequency loss. This windscreen is ideal for professional ENG and EFP applications. The Orange lantern AFG series feature our specially manufactured open-cell foam matrix surrounded by 25mm simulated high-quality artificial fur, and an air tight rubber base that seals out wind from the rear of the microphone. The diffusion technology lowers wind velocity in a controlled air space around the microphone, thereby reducing wind noise by up to 25dB. The windscreen should cover all of the ports on the side of the microphone. To determine the proper windscreen size, refer to the chart we provided. |
